Dried Billy Buttons

Ordered qty x 3 - was wanting a full bunch of buttons as the photos looked like the bunches they came in were quite small. Embarassingly, only received 3 stems wrapped in brown paper, they were so sad looking, the buttons were small, shrivelled and dull. I had some at home to compare to that I'd saved from a native bouquet a few months ago, they were round plump and much brighter in colour. When I reached out to the shop about my experience thinking I was buying a bunch rather than an individual stem, they pointed out that the description clearly states sold as per stem and that the price should have been indicative to me of what I was buying. It made me feel quite stupid in fact, I hardly buy flowers online so I'm not across the pricing of every flower variety and how many people actually read the description for dried billy buttons? I didn't think I'd get any surprises...
