PatchCrafter's Heat Dualizer

Started supplying PVC patches for customer’s hats. My vevor automatic hat press only has the top platen that heats up. Had a couple of the patches not adhere to the hat and one fell off in front of a customer. Embarrassing. Purchased this to have heat applied to the inside of the hat and problem solved. No more patches falling off. The bond is secured now. If you have a single heated platen hat press by vevor, do yourself a favor and purchase this.

I wish a Richardson 112 fit more snug. I’ve only made about 10 hats but got a few bends in the cap. Might be my pressure setting not sure. But overall I’m happy
