Cookies arrived in perfect condition. Well worth the extra fee! Also, the company packed everything so well. Cookies wrapped in individual bubble wrap. Best packaging!

My parcel travelled from California to Florida over quite a few days so by the time it arrived the package was no longer cool but thankfully there was a sticker on the box saying protect from heat so I assume the Post Office tried to do that. They arrived on a Monday so I am not sure where it spent the weekend. Nothing was melted even though I did order a few chocolate items so I was happy about that.
