Replacement Hardware

Great holster. I love how they stand behind their product. Unfortunately my purchase was missing some of the parts for assembly, and I called and spoke to the rep. I had the missing parts as well as extra in the mailbox within.3 days. I will be purchasing another holster from them for my new glock and I am expecting the same service and awesome holster as well.

Alien Gear decided to change their "Forever Warranty" on the product I purchased to a "Limited Warranty". While they did send me the part for free "as a courtesy", they did charge me shipping to have the part delivered. So I paid $5 to ship a $0.35 piece of plastic. Okay, I guess their "Forever Warranty" didn't cover shipping for their products. But my belief is, a "Forever Warranty" is FOREVER, not just as long as you want to warranty the product. They said that they did this to be more in line with other manufacturers warranty policies, but this is not true...do a little research. They did this because they thought people wouldn't look elsewhere. So, do with this what you will, but I will no longer be purchasing their products. Update: I appreciate your attempt to spin the review, but you don't get to change the narrative after the fact. I didn't "misunderstand" anything, I was told by your employee that this was a "one-time" courtesy replacement and your company would no longer honor the "Forever Warranty" moving forward Specifically the items that were previously covered for wear and tear, not just manufacturing defects. I was not told that the products purchased prior to November 2024 would continue to be a forever warranty, this could have altered my opinion slightly. Now, is this a case of poor employee training, or an intentional attempt to make it sure people don't continue to come back for warranty claims, not sure. But I DID NOT misunderstand anything, your employee was very clear.

I managed to break a belt clip getting in the truck. The new toolless clips are an exact replacement and work great.
