Plasticky material so shiny not as shown on the picture. The shine is like black garbage bag’s shine. Filling is not evenly spread, shoulder area is cold . Good thing about this coat is its long and can cover half of your legs. Also neck and side face area can be covered. but as far as protection against cold weather, when its 30F and windy, I have to wear 4 layers to feel warm.
