Griund Chicken for dumplings
As an elderly person, I have decided to give up red meat and pork for health reason but I found it difficult to give up making dumplings. With the addition of certain spices, the ground chicken worked beautifully. It is also very versatile and can be use in many ways.

Excellent
Best ground chicken. There is no smell at all. The texture is great along with the taste. My family will never go back to supermarket chicken. Even organic. This is worth every penny.

Meat review
So far, everything I have ordered has been great! The ground chicken is excellent and I particularly appreciate that the chicken wings are separated and I don’t have to break them up!
