These biscuits are outstanding, they were originally a Christmas present,, that was why I ordered extra…..they are quite firm, need some chewing, flavour is delicious.

Mostly for gifts.....but i just had to sample them......mmmmm, delicious!! Just gingery enough, lovely texture and just a tiny bit chewy, not REALLY hard like some. Excellent buy !!
