Carista OBD Reader

Worked for my 2026 Tacoma Off Road 6MT

I purchased the basic Carista OBD reader with the goal of disabling the annoying seat belt chimes on my 2026 Toyota Tacoma Off Road 6MT. The price of the reader and a minimum one month software subscription seemed more economical than the cost of the dealer service flat rate charge to alter the options. The Carista OBD Reader arrived within days of my order. In about 30 minutes I had the software loaded on my phone and had altered several options on my Tacoma. It was simple and performed as advertised for my needs. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the results.

excellent product and customer service

I had an OBD reader already, but I needed a different one to change the customer convenience settings on my Toyota Camry. I live in California, I wanted to be able to roll down my windows from the key fob. This setting is easily set using the Carista OBD and app. Many dealerships want $150 to change this setting; this was easier and less expensive. The app was easy to navigate. Customer service was 5 stars! (Initially there was an address/delivery problem)
