Zipper could be of better quality. Long leather strap design need improvement. Difficult to adjust the position of shoulder pat.

Already Defective

I love the look of this bag but I have only used it for one week for work and the zipper is already ripped. Unfortunately, they wont refund me for the bag and only offering for me to ship it back for them to fix, leaving me without a work bag. Disappointed to say the least because I generally like their product.

Ik heb de Tote tas gekocht van Harber en naast het feit dat hij prachtig is, is het ook erg handig en ruim. Wat mij betreft een aanrader!
