Assassin Snails

I ordered some shrimp and assassin snails. Both arrived alive, but the shrimp bag was leaking. That's the least of the issues with this order. J4 Aquatics sent a Silver Arowana that I didn't order. Silver Arowanas are Amazon River predators that grow to very large sizes, are very aggressive; and require a 300+ gallon tank. Apparently they can jump up to six feet out of the water. I suggest you look it up, the whole incident felt like a practical joke. So here I was, with a snapping Amazonian river fish. I have a 50 gallon tank on the way, but I'm no bond villain. I will never have room for a 300 gallon tank that I could probably use to get rid of bodies, instead of hiding them in the Arizona desert. The company was unresponsive. I eventually found a shop that could take it, but it died soon after it was placed. Don't do business with J4 Aquatics. It's an absolute joke of a company.
