Update: finally customer service emailed and sent me another one since usps failed again, got it this week and been using it, it’s mild, good for sensitive skin, I even tried the cleansing gel on my face and sit works good since I’m usually allergic to most even if it say hypoallergenic on the label. Try it out 😎 Old review: I did not get my order as of today and have emailed customer service and no response as of today!
