Don’t bother to get this unless you’re prepared to print out hundreds of pages. Very very disappointed this was not indicated in advance.

SCAMMERSSSSS!! Don’t not buy from them. They will not ship you anything !!! Charge for shipping but only send downloads even though they advertise as a learning book.
