Product: gets the job done. It does jump a bit when used but otherwise it's a solid product of good construction. 5/5 Service: actually getting the product took a lot longer than expected and communication with the seller was both frustrating and lacking. Despite getting absolutely no communication from the seller after numerous attempts, I still did receive the product. 3/5
