Non-Existing Customer Service
My bicycle arrived unassembled, without a manual listing the parts or explaining how to assemble it.
I wasn’t able to assemble it on my own and had to spend money to have it completed by a local bike shop.
Additionally, the website doesn’t issue a tax invoice, and so far, I haven’t been able to obtain one from the poor customer service.
Disappointing.
