Power Skort

Wore by bra, skort, and socks on a day at Disney world and had noticeably less back strain than in previous days this season, my back is usually aching by end of day and it was not al all,

I really like the support the sports bra provides. I wish the arm holes were a little larger as their small size rubs on the armpit causing a friction burn when I wear for longer then 1-2 hours.

The Power Skort is the first item I have purchased from Forme that fits true to size without feeling overly tight or restrictive. The fit is flattering and comfortable, and unlike some compression garments, it allows for easy movement throughout the day. I have noticed that it encourages better posture and helps me stand a little straighter without feeling forced or uncomfortable. The fabric quality is outstanding—lightweight, soft, breathable, and airy, making it comfortable even during warmer weather. One of my favorite features is the pocket. It is large enough to hold my iPhone Pro Max in a case along with a set of headphones, yet it does not create the awkward phone bulge that many athletic skirts and skorts have. The skort stays in place well during long walks and everyday activities, and the material feels durable while remaining exceptionally comfortable. Overall, this is my favorite Forme purchase so far. If you're looking for a comfortable skort with excellent fabric quality, functional pockets, and subtle posture support, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
