Incomplete order and unresponsive

I recently ordered one bottle of oil and three scrub and grows. Nearly 2 weeks after I ordered, my shipment finally arrived but was incomplete. The package only had the oil and one scrub and grow; still missing two of them. I have emailed twice regarding my incomplete order and have yet to receive a response. The product really works, which is why I have been a repeat customer, but I paid well over $100 for my last order and have not received the customer service I would expect. Completing my order, issuing me a refund, or at the very least replying to my emails would be the least I would expect.
