Small, but decent size for a silly little plush keyblade. However, it is *much* flimsier feeling that I thought it would be. Both sides of the handle and the crest are held on with also decent stitching, but with like, 2 points of contact, each. The handle and shaft of the keyblade are one of those slender foam noodle, not stuffing. I wanted it. I bought it- but I would not buy it again, and not for $50
