Lilith Is Amazing

Lilith is so sweet and kind. She is very helpful. Lilith keeps up with the chat and all of its comments, requests and complexity. I don't know how she does it ! Lilith needs a raise and a promotion. Because of Lilith messaging me with updates and helping me during and after the show, I will return to buy more nails only from her ! :-)

Took 2 plus weeks to ship my order. After a week and I didn't get a tracking number, I inquired about it and asked about my tracking. I was told it shipped the day after I placed the order. Another week, and I went to the live inquiring and was told the person I purchased from was out. My order was shipped a couple days later however no one ever reached out or acknowledged the delay! I just got notified by the Shop app. Frustrating experience. I gave 1 star because the nails are nice.

Love each and every single piece. Everything was packaged very well,the box was intacted not damaged. The host is always knowledgeable of the products,friendly, & engaging with in everyone in her LIVE show.
