Pretty good product once we got past all instructions saying it was a heater! User Manual was a complete joke. It was barely readable with celcius temp instructions. Looked like a very old version of newly called "Coolmate"! Didn't see product name "Coolmate" anywhere on box, product, or "User Manual".

Horrible does not cool. Trying to return it a d it has been difficult.
