Great product - terrible customer service

The product is fantastic but the incorrect size was sent to me. I ordered the 9 ounce and got the 4 ounce. I have sent 3 emails and there is no phone number to call. I have received no response to date. Very disappointing for a company with such great products. Guaranteed way to lose customers.
