I am extremely disappointed with this delivery. The package arrived two days early, and since I wasn't expecting it until Monday, I was not at home. Instead of following standard procedures, the driver placed the package inside through an open bedroom window. This was a major invasion of my flatmate's privacy and caused her a great deal of distress. This is an incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable way to handle a delivery, and I strongly urge the service to address this with their staff.

Had the Go bottle and loved it, so when I lost it I came straight back to get another. Was happy to see this bottle was bigger whilst still being slim enough for a car's cup holder, however the bottle leaks out of the lid. This means I can only really carry it if I know it will remain upright which isn't ideal. It also makes a whistling sound when drinking through the straw. The bottle is nice otherwise, the metal straw is nicer too, but the leaking is a major oversight.
