Really love this product, friendly and supportive staff. My item came, however was missing two of the filters, I contacted them and they have sorted it immediately, great service.

Water tastes better than the tap. Was disappointed to have received it with branding from another company on it and the packaging was low quality. Was told it is the same stainless steel body, same filtration cartridges and same performance, so it'll work exactly as advertised.

Just the best. Could immediately taste and smell the difference in our water. An easy way to get great water without a huge investment.
