I received these today (about 15 days after originally ordering) after receiving the incorrect shoe. The loafers are beautiful! They are very comfortable. I ordered a size down as I am bewteen sizes. The loafer feels great after trying with a thicker sock. The customer service was amazing. I look forward to wearing these shoes and ordering again in the future.
