Infinity Cube

It was broken- you can see the snapped wire laying in the bottom when you pull the styrofoam off. It’s here outside the 14 day window, and its not worth it to pay shipping to send it back. I couldnt find who I ordered this from and just found this on the shop app. I guess i’d like to have one that works to resolve this since it’s worthless now

Great concept, however customer service does not follow through and production produces defective components! The mirrored glass on one of the cubes I reciebed was defective. It has circular water type marks that reduced the infinity mirror effect and shows as smudges. Sam responded to my inquiry to take the cube apart and clean both sides of the glass and if it didnt resolve then a replacement would be dispatched. I cleaned both sides but the problem persisted. I have now responded multiple times and Sam has stopped responding and no replacement glass pane has been provided to replace the defective one. They have failed to deliver on their committments. DO NOT BUY!!!

The windows are smudged. Looks nothing like the image. Pure garbage.
