My only experience was receiving a damaged product—it looked like something fished out of the trash, with a destroyed box and a dirty bottle. Worst of all, when I complained, I was told they would refund only 15% of the price; I found that completely disrespectful on Bella Vista's part, so I just threw the product away. I’ve been buying perfumes for over a year and have a sizable collection, yet I’ve never had an experience as bad as this one.
