Bogue Profumo Sample Set

Not for everyone.

This is not a sample set for beginners. It’s raw, challenging, sometimes even uncomfortable… but always interesting. Each fragrance feels like a different state of being: from animalic and dark, to intimate and almost spiritual. Some I didn’t understand at first. Some I couldn’t stop smelling. But that’s the point — this is not about smelling “good”. It’s about feeling something. If you’re looking for safe, pleasant perfumes… this is not for you. If you want to explore the limits of perfumery, of skin, of emotion… then yes. For me, this was more than a sample set. It was an experience

I've always had great experiences with my purchases from Slickboys and really appreciate the unique products they offer—many of which are impossible to find elsewhere in the UK. As for the Bogue Sample Set, I do wish the samples came in spray vials instead of dab ones, which I really dislike!

Received my sample set in quick time and dispatch communication was good. I tried the LITA 1st and was hit with basically smoke like I had just rubbed a smouldering log over my neck (not a good 1st impression) it has a slight whiff of something sweet, but overall it dries down heavy and I couldn't really smell the other notes. Maai is so far the better scent of the bunch, light unconventional, old school, vintage with a light vetiver esc whiff coupled with a good dry down.# Mem is similar in it's unconventional vintage weirdly combustible whiff of every scent all at once, which like the others does dry down nicely to a warmer tone. OE is aromatic, sweet and ok 10 EDT is sweet and nice with a slightly woody dry down Overall if I were to buy the full sized bottle in any of these scents it would probably be Maai and OE.
