So incredibly soft
This is my first pair of Lora’s and I bought in 2 colors. Might have to get the tomato also. Incredibly soft and I can tell will be comfortable.

Anyone home?
Insanely bad customer service. Does anyone even work here? Still waiting on a refund for these despite having returned with provided label (which I was charged for), weeks ago. Love the shoes, but I’ll look for them on Amazon. Would love to support a small women owned brand, but there are others I’m going to turn to (Larroude, Ally, margauxny etc).

Love the dancer profile. They are very flattering. I really needed an 8 1/2, so ordered a 9 as per suggestion to size up. They were too long so I exchanged for size 8. They just fit, but would prefer a size 8 1/2 for a more bespoke fit. I did keep them because they are so adorable.
