Crooked Bear

When we initially put it together, it was crooked (hung to the left). We literally took it apart and reassembled it THREE different times and it was still crooked. I then reached out to customer service to see if they would replace for a new set, but since I was THREE days past the 30 day return or exchange deadline, they refused to replace my product. Only offered to “take a look at the picture of my product” to see if they could make some suggestions. The pieces weren’t cut correctly, so nothing they could have “suggested” would help. I would not recommend purchasing this product.
