Needed it

This is exactly what I needed. I don't want something counting or reprimanding me. The low vibration when I get a good squeeze is perfect. I'm not good at this, so this is less anxiety inducing than other options I've tried.

Difficult charging

Very good product that works well. Unfortunately the charging process is quirky and fiddly. I know that it is difficult to engineer a better process but one needs to be found. Also the LED functions intermittently.

Great for strengthening pelvic floor muscles

I’ve tried a couple of other pelvic floor trainers and either they felt uncomfortable or I couldn’t tell if I was using them correctly! This is great as it’s comfortable but also provides haptic vibration feedback so you know you’re squeezing the right muscles. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and is actually pretty fun!
