Neck coldie 9/10 -1 for how snug it is around the neck. If the curve was a little less extreme and the tips didn't touch the front of my neck I'd like it better. If you don't have aversion to something touching your neck you'll be fine. The neck version was also useful tucked in the back of a sports bra and to circle around a boob. Ok on to the bra inserts...They're a 6/10 The shape isn't great for use with my sports bras or boob shape for use in the under boob area. (They push my bras out of shape) They do work well in the band portion of the underarm. They are also easier to carry around so I can keep them in my purse and less obvious to use. Honestly the neck one works so much better for the underboobs but I don't wanna buy a second one and I'd need to find a bathroom to properly place them since they didn't design them for that spot. I tried to include a picture of the neck coldie being used in a sports bra but couldn't. Pic is of best way to wear bra inserts ranked 1-4.

These arrived during a heat wave and they are amazing. Put them in the freezer! The fact they are reusable makes them worth every penny!

Unfortunately they took 3 weeks to arrive so I didn’t get them in time. I was very unhappy with customer service. As for the product I assume they are good.
