These arrived during a heat wave and they are amazing. Put them in the freezer! The fact they are reusable makes them worth every penny!

I wouldn't say it's "ice cold" but it does have a "little chill factor" that "mildly" cools you off. It is helpful "in a pinch" however, the price is inflated at $27 with shipping and I would not recommend believing the advertising that it's going to be your go to relief in Disney World on a blistering hot day. I had higher expectations and would not purchase again. A stellar idea ~ fair product.

I purchased the neck and bra inserts. I had high hopes but like the rest of the reviews they are not cold you have to push them really hard against your body and I only feel the littlest bit of coolness in the corners of the inserts/neck coldie. I rather spend my money on small ice packs. I will be returning.
