Catalyst Blend – Decaf

Love this coffee blend I use 4 decaf scoops to 1 regular scoop and the flavour is amazing!

This is a perfect roast. Decaf’s can be hard to find- I did find one in Paris but it’s a bit far away! This is a smooth brew. I sometimes pair it with Community or Heritage for a 50:50 blend. I use a pour over, timed, coned brewing method. This is a delicious, creamy cup of coffee. My morning elixir:liquid gold.

Consistently good. Hard for a Decaf to be good, but this is one of the few that has some flavour.
