My second pair.
I really like these sneakers! I have the platinum as well. They fit great, very comfortable and just edgy enough to feel fun and different from your basic sneaker!

Sandpiper
Love, love,love. Not only are these the cutest. They can be styled up or down. They are definitely a classic and as advertised, the leather is so supple and comfortable. I got the navy and just ordered up the white with the raffia. A definite favorite for me.

soft leather; minimal sole
I misunderstood the construction of these shoes when I ordered them. The entire white band is leather, not rubber. While the leather is gloriously soft, it makes for a less stable, more flexible shoe. I did not find it supportive in a way that would be good for lots of walking. My slightly wide forefoot wanted to roll over the side of the very minimal rubber sole. It would be good as an indoor shoe for warmth and comfort around the house, but for me, not for touring or lots of outdoor wear.
