Love the designs but they don't work well

I am well practiced at stamping, was using Moyou stamping polish that has worked excellently with other Moyou plates. Most of the designs just didn't pick up - the only one that came out perfectly was the graphene rectangle at the bottom right (below the pills). The flasks and test tubes at the top worked OK but the large solid areas did not work, the formulae rectangles mostly worked. The designs I was most excited about - the element symbols and molecular structures - picked up very patchily despite multiple attempts. Pretty disappointed :(
