Super cute but odd straps.
It's very cute and good quality. My kid absolutely loves it.
My only complaint is that the straps are attached right next to each other. So they dig in to the sides of my son's neck. Every other backpack in my house has a gap between the straps, so it seems the common sense way to structure it.
Not returning though. Just a design flaw that seemed like it might be helpful to point out.
