Hammer Flask

Surprisingly helpful!

The trick was to carry them upside down. Once I figured that out it was so convenient! I’m just afraid I’m going to lose one of the caps - without them it would be messy! So far these are super clean and effective, I hardly have to slow down to fuel.

OLD SCHOOL FUELING

These were always the way to carry fuel in a comfortable container and just enough for the solid brick workout. Gels or drink mix, the way to "hammer" out a quick brick run.

Perfect size

I decided to start using a mix of honey, maple syrup, and salt for my bike rides. This flask enables me to have 4 or 5 gels worth of mix in one container. It's also a lot easier to access than tearing open a gel during a group ride that may not have stops.
