Perfect size

I decided to start using a mix of honey, maple syrup, and salt for my bike rides. This flask enables me to have 4 or 5 gels worth of mix in one container. It's also a lot easier to access than tearing open a gel during a group ride that may not have stops.

Great way to carry multiple gels AND control the dose

Love these mini flasks. On those long days in the saddle, I mix multiple gels in 2 or 3 flasks. During the ride, I'll take little "sips" periodically. These make taking in fuel much less messy and gives you a great way to control exactly how much fuel you take in. The firm body of the flasks make them squeezable without being floppy like some other flasks. I will never do a long ride without them. 4 stars because I would like to see them in larger sizes.

Perfect for homemade sports shots

These fit in my cycling jersey perfectly, I'm not dealing with messy gel shots that don't easily open or leak all over my clothes when I put the empty back in the pocket (don't litter). They arrived quickly, match the description and work really well.
