Better than expected

I bought this just in hopes that this was going to be a better night guard and it has exceeded my expectations. I thought that I would need to mold it to my teeth but it’s actually designed so that you don’t need to. The best thing about it is that my sleep is now profoundly much deeper. I thought that my sleep was so shallow because I was getting older but it turns out it’s because I was grinding so much. I now look forward to sleep!

So far so good. I need to wear a strap around my head to my chin to keep my mouth closed though, but it seems to help and I think I have finally gotten used to it

Overall I'm very pleased with it. I wear it quite often, forgetting once in a while. My one concern is that my lower front tooth hits my upper front tooth in the mornings when I get up. I had recent restorative work done and would hate to jeopardize it.
