R3 (RevivThree) without Support

It’s only been about a month wearing this mouthguard at night for grinding and I’ve already bit through the material. It’s already worn through.I thought it was supposed to last for a year?

R3 is a perfect fit for me.

Starting out the R1, I then ordered the R2 and R3 because both are so different and I had no idea which one would work for me. As it turns out, R3 sits more comfortable, but I am still getting used to the less flexible material. So for now, I still sleep with the R1 but will try to wear the R3 as much as possible during the day. Hopefully at some point I be able to wear the R3 during the night without waking up with a sore jaw. I did cut off the tongue tab because my tongue automatically rests on the roof of my mouth so it was just in the way.
