Chantell Coffee Table

I ordered a wooden coffee table from Mango Furniture, but unfortunately, it arrived with clear structural and cosmetic damage right out of the box. There is a prominent horizontal crack splitting along the seam of the wood finish, along with multiple deep vertical gouges and impact marks right below the fracture line on the top surface.The table design itself looks like it would be beautiful if it weren't damaged, but the quality control or shipping protection definitely fell short here. I have reached out to their customer service team with photos to initiate a damage claim for a refund or replacement. I am giving 2 stars for now based on the condition it arrived in, but I will gladly update my review and rating depending on how quickly and smoothly their team handles the return and resolution process.
