This clock is very well made, with a great deal of thought given to ease of use and function. I do prefer touch sensors instead of plungers which are prone to breaking with heavy use, but that not withstanding, this is the best clock available. A version with touch sensors and/or a LED vs. LCD display would be awesome. I have 45+ years experience playing and several years directing tournaments, and I've collected over 50 clocks, and that experience shows this is the best.

I'm more than pleased with both the sites and efficiency of shipment. The item itself has been functioning flawlessly. The tactile feedback of the buttons in operation is firm yet quick so there's no confusion about its pressing and of course the display is crisp and instant as well. Function is where this clock shines so far: from the presets to various famous tournaments being result available, to the intuitive choice options during programming, this is the clock I've been looking for so my chess playing life. With 20 save options for play timings, this will satisfy even the most fastidious of players. Eagerly waiting to use this in my next tournament.
