It’s not great, but it’s OK. The biggest problem I have with it is that it tends to burn the pizza on top. The heating Mount element is right over the part of the pizza where the sauce and cheese and toppings are and when the oven turns on to adjust for temperature, the heating element, being so close to the surface of the Pizza causes it to burn. I have found that it’s better to back off on the temperature so that the oven doesn’t kick back on once the pizza is in the oven. It takes a lot longer to cook, but at least it doesn’t burn to me. This is a design flaw that could happen and should’ve been corrected at the drawing board.

The unit came broken. The tiny screw holding the handles was out and will not stay in. We are having a hard time with cook time and temp. It's trial and error I guess. Not giving up yet!
