Great service!
The cap of my Mino broke during baggage transfer. A real shame, because it's handy for closing and drinking from on the go. So I contacted OutIN to see if they could supply a spare cap. It wasn't a problem, even just for shipping costs. I had to wait a bit because it comes from far away, but after 2.5 weeks my Mino was complete again... Great!
