Terrible. Ruined my expensive t-shirt. Had to negotiate back and forth for my refund. Girst offered 5% then 30% then 50%. There is a 60 day money back guarantee and they will not honour it. They will simply try to convince you shipping costs more to send it bsck. Frankly i should not have to pay shipping for a faulty product return. Only thing this works on is removing the hair from the glove. Not what it is designed for. But the glove also does not roll the hair completley in middle as advertised. My amazon one does. So I now use this to clean the glove.
