I can wholeheartedly recommend Simpatico Sim Shop. I purchased an open-box wheel and quick release, and unfortunately the wheel arrived missing the accessories (which were listed as included). I contacted them and received a very apologetic response from Jon. He had the issue resolved quickly, and I received the missing accessories only a few days later.
