You could improve by shipping a product that's paid for. I never received it even after being given multiple tracking numbers that didn't work. There was plenty of opportunities to simply say they're on backorder or whatever the problem was. Transparency goes a long way. I waited a month to request a refund. If the knives were returnable I'd consider sending those back too on principle alone. But, unfortunately, that's just more of my time wasted after having to regularly email to make inquiries about where the merchandise was. I just don't see myself doing business with this company again.
