Nu Antidote Kit Bundle

The product itself works great, but unfortunately, their shipping and customer service need serious improvement. It took 8 days for my first order to even leave their facility and about 3 weeks from the date I ordered for it to arrive. I placed a second order minutes after the first, and that package never arrived at all. I’ve emailed the company twice trying to find out what happened and have received no response. It’s really unfortunate because they have such a good product, but the extremely slow shipping, missing package, and lack of communication make the overall experience very disappointing.

I made my first purchase with you guys based on a recommendation the order arrived to me damaged the solution inside the box was crushed and opened and got everywhere. I sent an email with photos to you guys asking for a replacement. You guys responded asking what needed to be replaced after I sent the email back to you letting you know you guys ghosted me never responded to any of my other 8 emails.. I tried calling the phone number I found for you guys. It went to someone in Vegas who never responded or never answered. Every time I called. I do have to say this is not been a great experience and I don’t think I can ever buy from you guys again. I have to contact my bank to follow the dispute for the charge because you guys refused to replace anything.

It cleans and brightens white well but the UV claims I dont see the results a slight shade of brightening for oxidation of soles but after numerous attempts as directed following YouTube vids to make sure im covering every point of the process. I still have yet to see the results tht are shown on vid. After 2 weeks with re-cleans in between and adding back to uv box and still yellow. The solution does not last long from this kit. With liberal use two sprays into distilled water as recommended, and using sponges with brushes two sprays into those as depicted in vids as well my bottle is near empty now. The foaming action thats heavy in the vids does not correlate to what I experienced while cleaning. It may deserve another chance but it’s entirely too expensive for solution with the results I received. I will add it does clean up 3M reflective material really well i took a chance on my Jordan 5 green beans and they are brighter. Was really hoping for this to be my go to product.
