Sensibo Sky

Product never wirked with my brand of mini split, Tersus. I trried well over 50 different remote profiles and did everything tech suppirt asked of me including specific profiles, rematching tge remote, sharing pictures if my remote, pictures of my sensibo setup within photo shot of blower. It never once worked to conttol my device. For a fleeting moment, the app recognized MY remote control when i used MY remote to control the unit. But SENSIBO SKY never once controlled my unit. Now, im being made to jump through more hoops to return them. If they try to charge me shipping to return , i will escalate my situation with the BBB and my credit card. I used their website search function to ensure my brand was supported. It said… yes! Tersus was supported. No its not.
