Face to Face Time

My girls (Ella &Rowan) are absolutely over the moon about your product. They are so very very thankful for your generosity. They just got their order today and are head & eyes into it. Thank you again from us all

My order took 2.5 weeks to arrive. I ordered from them before and it took just as long. Both times I reached out to customer service and they claimed it was a technical issue but it shows it shipped the day after placing the order. I think they use very slow shipping method.

First time ordering from Canada and my package appears lost or significantly delayed. Luckily I have been offered a refund/replacement.
