The 1-star rating is for the customer service, NOT the actual jumper, as the jumper is beautiful. I’ve reached out to customer service via email TWICE, but to no avail. I would love to rate an outfit that I am able to enjoy, but at this juncture, I am at a standstill because customer service or the lack thereof.
