initially i was worried that there was too much zinc in based test, but i decided to not be a nerd and take it anyway. I’m glad I did, because after using the product as directed for over a week now, I have been feeling more energetic in general despite training harder than ever in the gym, and I haven’t experinced any negative side effects. I've been using this product for over a year. I've tried other supplements, and the results are not as noticeable.
