3" Firepool

I didn’t receive this order after contacting customer service twice. I was told in the email that it shipped on July 5th which made me suspect, but things happen and I’m gonna bet they meant June 5th. I had purchased this as a gift for my buddy at work and his new leather helmet he bought and had to do something different since it wasn’t delivered to me. I’ve got the email correspondence with the company and all it said in SHOP was “ready to ship” but no tracking order, can’t lie really let down by this one even after it seemed like they had good customer service and told them I’d be back.
